Great experience staying here so far, staff are friendly and helpful, and the location is good. The amenities are useful and well maintained, such as the study areas and onsite gym. The rooms and kitchens are excellent, with plenty of space and storage options.

The amenities here are very good. The location is perfect being a short stroll from town and less than a 20 minute walk to campus. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. However, when moving in there were visible wear and tears of the rooms. Things that can be easily fixed such as cracked paint and bird poo stained windows were left unattended. The biggest issue within this accommodation is the circuit laundry. They are sourced from an external company. They recently have increase their prices and lowered the quality of service provided. The phone service in the laundry room is poor making it difficult to use the app and the tumble dryer never dries your clothes no matter how little clothes you add. The fitness room is good for basic routines but cannot replace a normal gym. However maintenance for essential issues such as hot water and lighting are relatively quick.

Very good option to students! Staff is extremely nice and welcoming, it makes it feel like a home. Rooms and kitchens are very spacious and nice appliances. You feel very safe because there is a lot of security measures. Warm, possibly too much so in warm weather. Would recommend to any student!!

The rooms are of great size. The staff is really friendly Great common spaces and facilties. Rent is decent However, room and kitchen could have just been slightly cleaner when given the key.
