Kingston is a student-friendly place. It is a town in the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames, South West London, England. The name means 'the king's manor or estate' from the Old English words cyning and tun. It belonged to the king in Saxon times and was the earliest royal borough.

I would highly recommend iQ Kingston as a living space during your study. The staff are super friendly and very accommodating. I loved the room I stayed in which was the silver en suite. The room was true to the photos presented and very clean upon arrival. The location of iQ is amazing, the river Thames walkway is located directly behind the building and you have the Bentall centre directly across from you (New look, Zara, H&M, Mango, Miss Selfridge, Boots, Mac Donald’s, etc etc etc, there’s four floors). The train and bus station is barely a five minute walk away. The building is literally located within the heart of Kingston centre so it really is worth the rent paid as you don’t need to travel far for anything you need. The only criticism I have would be that the shower is a bit small but it was worth it to have my own bathroom.

Good location but a bit expensive. If you manage to secure a room facing towards the Thames river , your mornings will be much better

IQ kingston is a really good student accomodation. Very clean and organised. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Every Tuesday and Thursday they have refreshments like coffee and tea so you can grab it and head the university. It's one of my favourite things at IQ. The rooms are spacious too. I would highly recommend IQ The location is perfect since it is in the center of Kingston with several super markets and shops around. There is a really good Asian supermarket right downstairs with Waitrose and Sainsbury's just down the road.

Had a great experience living at iQ Kingston. The location is right between the Thames River and the Kingston town center, making it easy and convenient to get anywhere in the town. My room had everything I needed, the building staff are helpful, the building is safe, the mail services are easy, there’s an on-site gym, the trash service is convenient, etc. The building does get quite hot during the summer and living on the street corner can be noisy with traffic and sirens, but overall it was a fab place to live. Would recommend!

IQ Kingston is a great accommodation for students. Its rooms are really spacious and cosy. It is very safe since there is always someone from the staff in the building, it has a well equipped gym and the staff is really helpful and friendly and they often organize different events. Also it is close to many shops, restaurants and bars! The supermarket is literally across the street!
