Excellent very high quality student accommodation, in the town centre opposite the bus station and within walking distance of the train station. Decor is modern, bright, fresh and stylish, all communal areas are clean and a lift to all floors is a fantastic bonus. Student rooms are a great size, with lots of storage, ensuite bathroom, desk area, kitchenette area and TV. Bit pricey but definitely worth it!!!

Having been to many student accommodations around Lancaster, it is safe to say that Damside is the best accommodation in the city. Catering to the higher end of the market, the price is great value for money. With luxury living, friendly atmosphere and staff, regular events, and plenty of space for studying and socialising. The environment has been tailored for the best student life. All communal spaces are cleaned daily, and the hotel style of the rooms means that you are only responsible for your own en-suite room. It is honestly the perfect place to live as a student. Highly recommend.

Great student accommodation, lived here for a year as a student. Rooms, kitchen and common areas are really nice and modern. Easy access to top floors via lift and TV's in every room. Pricey, but worth it if you can afford it. Only thing I would say is a limitation is the Internet speed, which is expected to be improved soon.
