Lancaster University is a 30-minutes ride away and the University of Cumbria in Lancaster is an 18-minute ride away. More than 6 bus stations surround the property. Luneside is a minute away on foot. Carlisle Bridge is a 5-minute walk away.

Luneside is a student housing in Lancaster offering Studios and En-Suite rooms. All rooms include an en-suite bathroom, a bed frame with a mattress and a headboard with integrated lighting, a desk with a chair, a wall mounted mirror and shelves, a wardrobe, a retractable clothes line, window blinds, electrical heating, and secure fob access. Studios come with a fitted kitchen with wall and base units, compact sink and tap, an electric oven, a 2 ring ceramic hob, and a freestanding under-counter fridge. En-Suite rooms have access to a shared kitchen equipped with a 1 ½ bowl sink with a tap, an electric oven, a 4 ring ceramic hob, an extraction hood, a microwave, a cordless kettle, a 2 slice toaster, and a freestanding larder fridge with a freestanding larder freezer. A shared living area includes a dining table with chairs, two-seater sofas, a coffee table, and a Smart TV.  Other apartment contents are: a refuse bin, a mop and a bucket, a dustpan and brush, a long-handle broom, a steam iron with an ironing board, and a vacuum cleaner.

Residential amenities are an integral part of any student housing. Luneside’s location in the city allows you to experience as much as possible, with most Lancaster attractions being within walking distance. The Lancaster museum scene is a rich one, including the Lancaster Maritime Museum, only a 4-minute walk from the building. The Cottage Museum and the Lancaster City Museum are both less than 15 minutes away on foot, and they both represent and showcase integral parts of the city’s history and culture. There are multiple restaurants and food joints surrounding the property. The Three Mariners, The Quarterhouse, and Sun Pizza are all places you can walk to grab a bite, only 9, 14, and 12 minutes away respectively. Grocery runs are also an easy feat at Luneside, with a Sainsbury’s only an 11-minute walk away, and a Tesco Express a 15-minute walk away.
