I had a fantastic experience with St Leonards House! Going through the COVID situation alone was a challenging ride, but they made me feel like I am not alone. Bonnie, the property manager, has always been super caring, and she ensures that everyone is living the best experience. The rooms are spacious and incredible sets of amenities are provided to you. However, the room ventilation could be further improved. I wish we could open our windows as there are times where it gets stuffy in the room. Nevertheless, it is still an awesome place to stay, and I will definitely recommend it to anyone.

Absolutely brilliant accommodation with spacious modern rooms in a perfect location close to the bus station, Sainsbury's and town centre! Every single member of staff are amazing and genuinely care for student well-being, going above and beyond to help and resolve any issues! The entire building is very secure, so you always feel very safe even living alone. All of the facilities are super high quality and modern (gym and common room!) I could not recommend staying here more!

A great space with wonderful staff and facilities. Prime location Super safe, clean and well maintained. Managers are proactive and genuinely care for tenants’ comfort and well being. The gym is well-equipped and the common room includes a communal cooking area, comfortable seating, pool tables, sofas and a television, making it a great place to study and socialise. Automatic room locks sometimes malfunction, but security is usually quick to help in such situations. Had a wonderful overall experience and have happily renewed my contract for next year :)

I have lived in two studios now at St Leonard’s House. They have been so accommodating during the pandemic and I couldn’t have asked for better from them. Nicky and Bonnie are both so lovely and go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Everything is super high quality and modern, the facilities are fab (gym and common room) and it has everything you could want. The studios have plenty of space, the bed is a proper double bed, and the bathrooms are lovely. There are plenty of sockets, and the beds have USB ports attached. It’s also very secure, and you always feel safe in the building. I couldn’t recommend staying here more !

I visited St Leonard's House during the pandemic. The whole St. Leonard's team was super polite, nice and accommodating. They took care of each and every tenant. Also, special health measures were arranged to protect us from Covid-19. I felt safe and understood at all times. Furthermore, Nicky and Bonnie have been extremely helpful and I am very grateful. I can only recommend the St. Leonards to others.
