Study Inn Cancellation Policy

To cancel, you must notify Study Inn by email with any required details. Cancellation is only valid once Study Inn has received this notice.

For Group Bookings:

• Cancellation for block bookings is only accepted at the sole discretion of Study Inn.

• All license tariff payments remain payable and are non-refundable unless Study Inn confirms otherwise in writing.

For Individual Room Bookings:

Your initial payment is an advance rent payment and will be applied toward your rent once your license period begins.

More Than 19 Weeks Before Your License Period Starts:

• You can cancel by giving Study Inn written notice.

• In this case, the agreement fee won't be transferred, and you'll receive a full refund of the amount paid.

Less Than 19 Weeks Before Your License Period Starts:

• You cannot end your agreement unless you find someone else to take it over (a replacement occupier).

• It's your responsibility to find this replacement occupier.

If you don't find a replacement, you'll remain bound by the agreement and must pay the full rent.

If you do find a replacement:

• You'll be released from your agreement when the new occupier's agreement starts, after a £50 agreement transfer fee is deducted from any money you've paid.

• You'll lose any discounts you originally received, and any refund will be calculated based on the full rent amount.

• You agree that Study Inn can use an agent to find a replacement. If an agent finds one, you'll be responsible for their commission, and any refund will be based on the full rent amount.

Cancellation due to Special Circumstances:

• You can end your agreement if your UK visa is denied, preventing you from entering the country. You must provide Study Inn with written notice and proof of the visa refusal at least 14 days before your license period begins. In this case, a £50 agreement transfer fee will be deducted, and the rest of your payments will be refunded.

• You can also end your agreement if your UK university application is rejected. You must provide Study Inn with written notice and proof of the rejection at least 14 days before your license period begins. In this case, a £50 agreement transfer fee will be deducted, and the rest of your payments will be refunded.

During Your License Period:

Any significant damages will be handled according to the Residential Regulations.

Storage Tariff:

Storage is only applicable where it is in a bedroom and only available to re-bookers.

The storage booking for current students is subject to all the same terms listed above under this cancellation policy.
