The mini India can be found here, esp. in E, F and G Blocks. The staffs are quite helpful and nice. The waste management area can be a little better as it is almost block the shortcut way from A Block to the entrance gate.

5 stars for the broken chair and blessing me with ice-cold water. This place is a joke. It's been over a month since I complained about the broken chair in my room and no hot water from the taps, and nothing has been done. My back is wrecked from having to stay in bed, and my head feels like it's going to explode from washing in ice-cold water for a month. Maybe Europa is getting me ready for winter ? Today, I snapped and took the broken chair to the reception. Kieran at the front desk only added fuel to the fire with his lazy attitude. Then, Will Anirah, the general manager, had the audacity to tell me that shouting wouldn't solve anything. Where was the solution when I was being polite and patient for the last month, communicating through emails? Whenever I mentioned this in reception, they would make a note of it, but I think all the papers just go straight to the bin. To make things worse, Kieran confirmed that the broken chair is included in my rent. So, I'm paying for broken furniture and freezing cold water. Absolutely disgraceful. And yeah, go on and post a well-rehearsed reply to my review; it won't change the fact that no repair was done for a month.

Absolutely warm and welcoming staff staff Will and Hannah are. The bronze rooms are spacious enough for one person. The social room has table tennis, pool table and fun arcade games. Walkable distance to the University of Liverpool. So would def recommend to any student planning to move in here. Oh and the events organised for festive time like diwali, halloween & Christmas is ❤️

Best place I've stayed at in Liverpool! The staff are so friendly and are happy to help with any matter no matter the time! Hannah is a great boss and makes sure everyone is safe and well! Will is new here but he has fit in so well and is also there no matter the time.
