Clean rooms, great furniture, great and helpful staff. Definitely recommend it.

The building is new and well equipped. The room is fully equipped with toilet and shower, and the kitchen is shared. It is up to the flatmate to use the shared space cleanly. The same goes for the lobby and stairs. Wi-Fi, ping-pong and billiards in the common space can be used free of charge. Fire alarms are rumbling and noisy once every two or three weeks. The location is very convenient as it is right in front of Lime Street Station. Although it is in front of the station, it is also the terminal station, and there is no noise on the train. There is a supermarket nearby, and if you cook yourself, you can save a lot of money. Because the sound of opening and closing each door is quite noisy, earplugs are essential when going to bed.

The staff were very quick and efficient in checking in and helped with belongings into room. Rooms were good size and great storage. Communal areas were clean fresh and modern. couple of small maintenance issues but were resolved within 24 hours.
