Been staying here for about a year, and now I’m a re-booker. Although there are some bumpy roads on the beginning of moving into Innovo since it was considerably new. My stay have been pleasant. Room size is amazing, the toilets are spacious and bright. Ensuite kitchen size is enormous. Megan as the manager of Innovo house have also been really helpful throughout the course of me staying here. As an international student this place is definitely worth a try to live in. The location is actually really nice. Very close to lots of stores and also the Uni of Liverpool?

The best student accommodation I have been in Liverpool. The services available here for such a price are just wonderful, such a bargain! Wifi is fast never really had any issues, the rooms are much more spacious than you think, trust me they really are! And the kitchen? Sensational, the wooden style of this accommodation is simply beautiful. It’s location is very convenient since it’s so close to both universities Uni of and LJMU and I didn’t really bother with transportation, everything is literally within walking distance, the city centre, bus station, train station, if you fancy a walk you are at best 15 mins away walk to the docks! Furthermore the receptionist was lovely, thank you Megan for making my stay at Innovo one of a kind. Hope they see this and give you that raise you very much deserved it after such a year! The only downside to this is why are you still reading this and not applying ?! GO!

Loved staying here. Megan was very helpful to all the way through my tenancy. Did extra for us like breakfast mornings, christmas games night and more which made the stay enjoyable. Room sizes are very good and the kitchen size too. 100% recommend staying here!

Even though there was a severe delay at the start with a couple of bumps on the road, the fact that it is a new building has been incredibly pleasant. The staff, in particular Megan, has been more than accommodating in making us feel welcome. From providing snacks, breakfast, and occasional events she really has worked hard to make our stay at Innovo as easy and nice as possible. I would say that the security needs to be a little tighter, but other than that, the rooms are lovely and so far the stay has been lovely.

Beautiful accomodation . It was delayed at the start so i was skeptical about moving in but they gave us a really good aparthotel to stay in at the beginning. The move in was smooth, as the accommodation manager Megan was so helpful and always gave us updates. New accomodations always come with some minor problems but they were all sorted out quickly. Anytime i had a problem with my room, megan responded and sorted the problem out quickly. They always had solutions to the problems which was much appreciated. Would definitely recommend
