Super friendly and professional staff. I don’t think other accommodation have someone at the reception 24/7. And I don’t need to worry missing my post at all. I feel super safe and comfortable to stay here. The room is nice and bright. They also provide the kitchen cleaning for free every two weeks? Or monthly(I can’t quite remember, but at least once a month). The location is perfect. Just 3minutes walk from the station (I think Felda house is better than Grand Felda house in terms of the distance to the tube station). I stayed in different student accommodations in the past three years. So I can tell Felda house is definitely the best. The room price here definitely worth it.

I got moved to Felda House following an emergency evacuation from my previous accommodation due to unsafe cladding - right from the very start dealing with the start of the tenancy, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. It's a lovely modern building, with spacious and bright rooms - located in the very vibrant Wembley Park. I've absolutely enjoyed my stay for the year here, and if it wasn't for the fact it's quite a long commute from Felda to my university, I would definitely be choosing to remain here. My only real complaint would be about circuit laundry, as their machines are very hit and miss, and are quite expensive. But I know they are industry standard for student accommodations..

Overall, a great place to live as a student in Wembley! Been living here since 2019. Very lovely staff, from reception to maintenance. I’ve been living in a studio and things have been practically perfect since the beginning. The maintenance is quick to come fix problems when I have one and when I had to leave unexpectedly in March due to Covid, things were handled really well during my absence. Even more than that, the windows in flats are big and allow a lot of natural light in rooms, as well as a lot of electrical plugs, more than you could possibly ask for! Now more than ever, I am grateful for the efficiency from the staff during Covid, as I feel safe in the building. Vic

Brilliant choice for London Accommodation, overall my experience has been a very positive one, having come from the countryside, the adjustment to living in London was greatly helped by the staff and the state of the rooms when we arrived. Overall, the staff are superb, Reception team are always down for a chat and also quite nerdy at times, so you really feel welcome as you enter the building. Security team and maintenance are also friendly and sociable, and the whole team are usually quick to respond to any queries or concerns you may have. Being somewhat shy, I found this very helpful! Regarding the rooms and location, it's very convenient for London-based studies. For myself, I attend a university in Zone 1, which requires a 40 Minute tube journey, but this is simple enough with only a 5(ish) minute walk to the station followed by one change. The rooms themselves have plenty of space, as do the kitchens. (I can only speak for the Cluster Flats). Never had any issues, only wish there was more activities with the team!
