The staff at chapter Islington is very friendly and extremely cooperative especially Charlie and Denise. They provide a highly professional service alongside friendly behaviour. The place is perfect for students looking for a homely environment amidst the challenging London environment.

Chapter Islington staff, Are the most well organised staff for student services; they go well and beyond expectations and provide everyone with acceptable, friendly and refreshing manners; particularly Charlie (the manager) Sam & Denise and all the other staff and security are a pleasure to be around & have helped me live a better life in the City where I've stayed there for over 2 years and I could not have been in a better and safer environment. 7*/5

Spent almost 3 weeks at Chapter Islington for my summer vacations and had a wonderful time. Students are really lucky to have a place like that to stay during their studies. The team is AMAZING.

I had an absolutely lovely year at Chapter Islington. The staff here was supportive, friendly and funny and you would end up making friends with every one of them. They took good care of me while I was in self isolation and they helped me out with lots of things. Special thanks to Juan, Charlie, and Moses (phonetically) ♥️ The room was small but remember you’re in London! I could access almost all popular places in London in 30 minutes. I had no problem with electricity, water or heater during my stay — if anything, they fixed it right away. The common area and gym were great — I had great memories here with friends. One advice for new-comers would be to book a room with big window. I love looking at the view outside my window when I’m tired from study. I wish everyone at Chapter Islington all the best✨

I love this Chapter! I booked it from Londonist Agency, and they provided me a decent room to stay. I couldn’t be happier for living here. It’s located in central area and easy to reach everywhere. When I first came, the room was cleaned before use even though I still need to use my sweep to re-clean it but I didn’t mind bcs it will be my room anyway. I personally don’t know why some people had experience of cleanliness issue, but thankfully I was fortunate to receive a satisfied room. Just to help others to find a honest review from my experience: For other review related to dust, I could say dust is everywhere in London, so eventho u close your window all day long but you are going outside and probably use underground, it means that the dust can still get in to ur room from your own clothes exposed by dust outside. I used to lived in North London area far away from central and still the dust was exist. So nothing to do for it, sorry. For review of hot water, I always shower with hot water so thankfully again I never experience this (and hopefully won’t experience it). For noise, I have room facing the courtyard area inside the Chapter, sometimes I can hear people talking, but it’s just ok. People gathered to courtyard to smoke whether alone or with their friends so there’s nothing wrong about it. But sometimes it could quite loud for some occasion let’s say when there are group of people who decided to hangout in the midnight, that’s annoying sometime because it disturbed people to get sleep. So, it depends on their own awareness too, I can’t fully blame Chapter bcs it is that people who did it :) It must be very annoying for those who have room facing courtyard especially me :) But I believe that there’s something wrong with your room the Chapter would try to fix it, for example: I changed my microwave because it’s broken and got replacement on the next day. The one thing I wish for this Chapter is that hopefully they could clean the window from outside regularly so at least we all could get a better view outside. So, overall, everything has been working well and I love the service, receptionists are always very helpful lovely and kind. Hope this review helpful for anyone considering Chapter Islington :)
