Overall: Although Scape Wembley (Zone 4) is not located in the heart of the city, the utilities around this accomodation provides great convenience to your everday life. To put you (who are reading this review) into perspectives, I am a student studying at UCL (Bloomsbury Campus) who has kind of a high-living standard. Pros + : 1. As aforementioned, great utilities within walking distance: Lidl, Costco, Boxpark (basically a foodcourt), IKEA, bubble tea shops ... 2. The majority of staffs (9 out of 10) are very friendly, help you with almost any issues within their capability, and responds to your maintanence requests. 3. Located near Wembley Park underground station, which functions great when there is no strikes. (30 minutes to UCL) 4. Well-designed rooms, lots of storing areas. 5. A nice big basement soley for the purpose of a public area. Cons - : (some of the factors of which the management team has no control over) 1. They use CIRCUIT LAUNDRY! For those of you unfamiliar with this laundry service, basically they charge AT LEAST 5.7 GBP per wash&dry. I would sincerely recommend the management team to buy their own washing/drying machines and I'll happily pay 2 GBP per wash&dry. 2. There are lots of constructions nearby, which produces a lot of noise during the day until 6p.m -- even though I'm living on the 21st floor. 3. The elevators are not efficiently programmed -- stopping 5+ times before reaching the ground floor is annoying. 4. Although much cheaper than student accomodation in Bloomsbury area (that goes above 500 GBP per Week), I'm still not entirely happy with the steadily increasing rent each year. 5. Lastly, I must complain about circuit laundry again. We hate it. Btw if you (are planning to) live here, check out Basara Fencing Club that is of a 1-minute-walk distance from here. Do sports regularly would help with your studies as well as numerous health reasons.

Love my room. There’s plenty of storage and a good layout. I’m in a flatshare and the kitchen is nicely sized for 5 people. Only comment is there is very limited fridge space because there’s 2 small fridges divided on 5 people. The maintenance team is lovely and super helpful. They’ll come resolve any issues within a good time frame. The rooms are quite sound proof so there is no/little noise. The staff is always there to help you if needed. However, the room wasn’t as clean as I would’ve expected when I moved in. I had to do an hour of cleaning before moving my stuff in. The bathroom was quite clean, but the rest wasn’t too good. All in all, I would definitely recommend.
