IQ Bloomsbury is a brand new student accommodation located literally in the heart of London, in a 2 minute walking distance from UCL, SOAS and other universities and very close to 3 main subway stations (Euston, Euston Square and Warren Street stations). The rooms are fully equipped, very cosy and spacious and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Finding a nice, clean and secure place to stay in a foreign country is never an easy task, particularly if you search through the internet and you cannot check on your own what the websites advertise. From my personal experience this year, choosing this place as my accommodation during my postgraduate studies in London was one of the best decisions I made and I would totally recommend it.

Fantastic location in central London (a couple minutes' walk to both Euston and Euston Square tube stations) and the rooms are brand new, spacious, and homey. The IQ team is very responsive to any maintenance or other issues and the 24-hour front desk service is a huge help. Highly recommend!

Situated between Euston and Euston Square stations (and really close to Warren St. and King’s Cross), IQ Bloomsbury has an incredibly convenient location, just a walk from everything you may need. Though there are no gyms in the building, there are at least three or four close by, and Regent’s Park is just a few minutes from the building if you enjoy running outdoors. The rooms are brand new and fully equipped. I have stayed about a week on a room on a ground floor facing the inner garden, and now on the second floor, facing Euston Road. Both rooms were quite big for a student accommodation (having dishwasher, hobs, TV and oven), and with really nice views. Even the one facing the street is quite silent due to their noise-concealing windows. Facilities are also amazing, and their communal areas are modernly furnished. And one of the most helpful things for a student: a Wi-Fi that actually works. Staff is incredibly friendly, willing to help you out whenever you need. Both Robin and Olivia, and all the others members, have keenly assisted me with all by doubts and problems. There are always fun events and meetings going on, which really makes living in an accommodation fun and enjoyable. All these advantages are really worth the price, and I’m incredibly happy to be living here.
