Nice room, thanks. Feel free to move out anytime, just stop paying your next instalment. Although this is not allowed, they may send email to ask for money. But you can still just leave, they kindly allowed me to check out and don't need any payment. Many Thanks about your kindness! You are nice people with kindness and helpful.

Chapter Portobello is the most homely Chapter you can stay at! The staff, atmosphere and the services are exceptional! The staff always goes out of the way to make sure you are comfortable and all your requests are fulfilled. There events always scheduled for the month where you can meet new people and even learn a new skill! The best part is unlike other buildings the laundry room here will never bother you! I’ve been here since 2 years and don’t think I would go anywhere else.

Wonderful place to live! The Gym is spacious and tidy. A lot of events and parties people can enjoy social life. The reception staff Sol is friendly and patient, as well as other staffs who have helped me with different issues.

I stayed at this accommodation for almost a year ( September 2019 - July 2020), including during the lockdown that started on March. Being a smaller building and not a central location ( although quite close to zone 1) I felt pretty safe during lockdown. I lived in in a studio at an upper level and although I couldn't see London's impressive skyline I had the chance to see some amazing sunrises/sunsets. The area is beautiful with the Portobello Market and Notting Hill at just a few minutes walk. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, I had some really nice chats with both the day and the night security staff. It was overall a pleasent experience and the reason I moved was to experience living in other part of London by staying at a different Chapter location (Spitalfields). For anyone trying to decide between this location and Spitalfields I would say Portobello is better if your a final undergrad/ first year masters student with a lot of studying to do that prefers a quiet place, a bit away from London buzzling city center. Spitalfields is more noisy, social, a lot of parties etc, although I met really nice people at both of the locations. Things that could be improved: The shower's water pressure is not necessarily the best and the water is usually cold or extremely hot My walls had quite a lot of stains, I was told they will be repainted during the winter holiday but it didn't happen
