I had a good experience, I was very well received. I missed having a good fan (I went during the peak of summer). My room was well equipped in the kitchen, but some colleagues were missing things in their rooms. Overall, I would come back. I found it to be a safe place and close to the underground station.

I had an amazing stay at Prince Consort Village. The room was exactly what I needed spotlessly clean, with a beautiful view, super easy check in/out process, and all the comforts I could ask for. For the price I paid, it was truly unbeatable pure value for money. But what really made my stay unforgettable was the support I received from Emmanuela at reception. The main reason for my trip to London was to attend a long awaited Oasis-related concert, but due to a Ticketmaster issue I was unable to access my ticket. I was genuinely stressed and thought I might miss it. Emmanuela stepped in and went above and beyond to help me handling the situation with patience, professionalism, and real care. Thanks to her, I was able to resolve the issue and attend the concert. I truly hope the management recognises how valuable she is, staff like Emmanuela are the reason places like this stand out.

I had such a lovely experience at Prince Consort Village! I actually arrived a day earlier than my check-in date, and they were so kind—they gave me a room without any problem or extra charge. The staff were honestly amazing: super friendly, helpful, and always smiling. I stayed there during the Christmas period, and it felt really special. Almost every day, they organised Christmas movie nights with hot chocolate, snacks, and sweets. It created such a cosy and festive atmosphere—I’ll always remember those moments! Now for the little downsides: the furniture and kitchen are a bit old, and I wasn’t a big fan of the bright white lighting—it made the bathroom feel a bit like a hospital. Also, I wish there were laundry liquids available in the laundry room. I’m giving 4 stars just because of some small room and cleaning details, but the staff and experience were honestly 5-star level. The staff truly make the place feel warm and welcoming. The area is spacious, with a nice backyard, and while the laundry room is a bit small, it worked perfectly during the quiet holiday season. If you’re looking for a cosy stay with kind people around you, this is a great choice!

I highly recommend this place for any students who want to focus on their musical studies and at the same time make some more or less interesting social connections. During my almost 2-years stay here I made nice friends. I would like to particularly point out a couple of considerable advantages that this institution brings to musical students who decide to stay here. 24/7 practice is possible because of the practice rooms located in the basement of the building. The staff is friendly and helpful (specifically Elena!). There are of course things to improve as well. Some rooms get really hot during the summer, but fans are freely provided by the reception team.
