Nice room, nice view and location, near Hoxton overground and Old Street station. Near many bus stations, there are Lidl, Aldi, Sainsbury’s and markets in walkable distance. Services are incredibly nice and always reacts to inquiries next day. Safe place, I walk home late several times and it’s no trouble (be careful though with the weed smokers). However, the common room sometimes is trashed by other residents :( But the cleaner clean it everyday so no problem. Flat is nice, only problem is the bathroom might be too small for some people.

I stayed here for roughly 4 months, and I have plenty to say for anyone considering staying here. - You will be welcomed by great staff and they will definitely be there to help you with anything. Oliver’s awesome, Martin’s sweet, and everyone else is just a 10/10 - I’ve met some of my closest friends here and it’s definitely a great place to socialise - I’m alright with small spaces so the room honestly isn’t much of a problem for me. - However, this is not the best iQ Student Accommodation. Shower’s are small, the other reviews basically cover my downsides as well.

A great place to stay with a few downsides, but the overall benefits definitely outweigh them. Starting with the positives, the staff and the way they do their job are exceptional. If you have any issue or concern, they are always happy to help and go out of their way to find a solution. The team here is absolutely incredible—truly passionate and dedicated to their work. I must say, it’s some of the best service I’ve ever experienced—not just from accommodation providers, but in general. They definitely deserve a raise! The rooms are clean and well-maintained, which adds to the comfort of staying here. As for the downsides, the rooms are a bit small, and some design features aren’t the most ergonomic or convenient. That said, the room sizes and layouts are exactly as specified, so this isn’t an issue. Another point to mention is the cost of laundry—it’s on the expensive side. However, the machines are modern and high-quality (Miele), which makes it somewhat justifiable. Overall, this is a great place with outstanding staff. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for accommodation during their studies.
