I stayed at kingfisher hall for my first year of uni and it was a great experience. The site manager Matthew was always helpful and the staff were very pleaseant. Would definitely recommend!

I stayed at Forest Rise for a year whilst completing my placement year and thoroughly enjoyed my time there. It was clean, quiet, cosy and reasonably priced! Bills all included and parking behind the building which made it super stress free and easy. There is a gorgeous park just round the corner which you can walk through to get to the town which has everything. The accommodation manager, Matthew, was so helpful and welcoming. I am so sad to say goodbye to my flat, and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone else looking for accommodation in Loughborough!

I have lived in Student Beehive Kingfisher Halls for 2 years and it has been a great time. The management team lead by Alex and Matthew was always supportive and quick responding. Their efforts have made a massive difference to the student experience for me personally. Upon request, over the two years, my room got a brand new carpet, a new mattress, a new fridge and a new chair. Whenever there is an issue, regardless of what it is, the maintenance team came to fix it fairly quickly. Further, as I like cycling, the bike shed has been very assuring to not have to worry. Also, regarding other concerns, the doors are with security codes and there is CCTV in place and you do not have to worry much for your safety. Each block has a student warden who you can call in case you have a problem in the evenings and at weekends. The student wardens are working closely with the management team around Matthew and they will help you. What I have liked personally about Student Beehive was their special care for creating a family-like environment. The nice and green environment maintained by the workers is enjoyable when you look out of the window and deserves respect. In short, I recommend students to live here for an off-campus choice.
