The rooms are equipped with all facilities, such as refrigerator, oven, induction cooker, dishwasher, and even sofa. It is worth mentioning that the room is large and the bed is also large. You have a separate dining table and kitchen. Compared to other student apartments, this is indeed a very cost-effective apartment. You will spend less money and use larger rooms with better facilities. Finally, I want to say that the staff at the reception desk are very friendly, efficient and very responsible.

Definitely recommend to lboro students. In the middle of town and a short walk to uni. Nice halls, helpful staff and good student life.

I have lived in the foundry for 3 years and would recommend for any student at Loughborough University. With town right on your doorstep and the middle of campus is about 20 minute walk, it’s perfectly placed. Any issues with utilities where quickly resolved by friendly and professional staff.
