Campus Living Villages Cancellation Policy 24-25

General Cancellation Policy:

• You can cancel your reservation within seven days after signing the agreement online and you will get a full refund. 

• You will not be eligible for a full refund if you have collected the room keys, even if the period falls within the stated seven-day period.

For First-Year Students and First-Time Residents:

• First-year students and first-time residents can cancel their reservation if they are not accepted into their university program (no unconditional offer). Will require evidence for cancellation in writing, within 7 days of A-level results declaration.

• Accept cancellation due to Visa rejection, in writing, within 7 days of such rejection along with valid proofs.

Ongoing Students and Returning Residents:

If you are a current student or a returning student, you may cancel your residence in the following event:

• Being notified that your course will be 100% online starting from the next year. 

• In that case, your cancellation deadline will be March 31st, before the start of your next contract, which will start in September.

Other considerations:

• Campus Living Villages can cancel your booking if you don't collect your key within 14 days and resell the room. You'll be liable for rent until the room is re-rented.

• Campus Living Villages can cancel your booking if you don't pay the first rent instalment on time. In that case, Campus Living Villages has the right to cancel and resell the room. You will remain liable for rent until the room is re-rented.

• If you want to leave after the start date, you can find a replacement resident. You'll be released from the agreement after their move-in, get your deposit back, post deduction for a room preparation fee.

• If you can't find a replacement, your deposit remains held and you shall be liable for rent until the end of your booking.

All wishes to cancel must be communicated in writing to the appropriate parties. Note that these terms and conditions are for direct bookings; other types of agreements may differ. The full details of the terms and conditions can be found in your booking agreement.
