Initially I was placed in a room with international students and couldn’t speak to them due to a language barrier and I started asking if I could move rooms. Within a matter of days they had me in a new flat and happy. The facilities are amazing and honestly is a great place to live. With very friendly and helpful staff. As well as the rooms are very nice and exactly like the pictures.

This place is a wonderful place to live. The location is the best because it close to local amenities. Also The staff are so friendly and helpful. There is 24 hrs security so it’s very safe place to live. Only one disadvantage for my point of view is the noise from train. Overall, I would recommend student to live here.

Such a great place to live, so many friendly and welcoming staff. Also great for meeting new people in the social areas where there’s a bowling alley, ping pong table, pool table as well as a gym. Would definitely recommend staying here

Lambert and Fairfield had everything i needed and more too. I stayed in an Gold ensuite room. I shared with 4 other flat mates who i became really good friends with. The social space is amazing especially the bowling alley. IQ sometimes has events in the social space where i got to meet other people too. I like the location because its really close to the train station where i can explore other places. It is also very close to university. The staff are always helpful and friendly. Whenever i had an issue they will always try and solve it for me. Overall i really enjoyed staying here that is why i have rebooked to stay another year ?

I've stayed here in one of the ensuite for my 1st year and I fully enjoyed the experience. The staff has been fantastic, they treated me like family and you can always rely on the maintenance team as they solve the problem within 24 hours. The social space is amazing and it has a bowling alley!!! not to mention the looking cinema room. Location is great as it is right next to the train station which is more convenient for me to head back home or going to the airport. Overall a great experience. I even stayed another year and I have upgraded myself to flats in Warehouse.
