Stayed here in 1994, 95 and 96. In terms of location it is perfect, right next to the station and Manchester Met. The pub attached was great and still is. With security on the doors, it was a safe place to be. So good and convenient so stayed there for the duration of uni. Not all rooms are the same, so much so I changed rooms mid term which was very accommodating since I preferred a smaller room
