I have only stayed two nights there and found the room excellent, clean and spacious. I don't know why such a low rating, but the students surely know better than me who was just hosted there. I think they should come and see the university dormitories in Greece...

Stayed here for a year in 2018 - 2019. I would say that I was satisfied during my stay at this place. The staffs were friendly, 24 hrs security service, on-site maintenance, the strategic location (especially if you study at Manchester Business School, it's just right at the opposite of it!). Couple of downside though, there might be some noise coming from the halls, or the windows; and room was relatively small. In the end, I would give a high recommendation to any incoming students for this place, as its positive aspects outweigh its downside :)
