I have been living at the Grafton Accommodation during the final year of my undergraduate degree. Since moving in, everything has been perfect. The rooms are in an impeccable state and the common rooms have all facilities that you need. The staff is very friendly and helpful, always making sure that we have the best possible experience while living here. The location of the property is also very convenient for students, as there are two shops, Morrisons and Sainsbury’s, and a Costa coffee shop in the same building. At the same time, all university buildings are at 1 to 5 minutes walking distance from the site. I will definitely stay here during my master’s studies as well!

This is my second year at the Grafton and I love this accommodation! The location is very convenient for me. It is close to the university campus. The rooms are clean and tidy. The staff are very helpful and friendly. If there is a maintenance issue, it is quickly resolved, usually in the same day or next day. Sending my best wishes! Cristina

Really nice. The management responds quickly to your requests and issues even though there is noone available 24/7 on the site. Really quiet place. Recommendd if you want something close to uni, shops, and a quiet place and do not need much socializing. Stayed here for my second year, very nice and quiet. There was an issue regarding noise but the management resolved it within 2/3 days. Very nice.
