I absolutely adore Pablo Fanque house. The ambiance is fantastic, and the staff is incredibly attentive and welcoming. It's definitely a place I would recommend to anyone looking for a top-notch experience. Shout out to James

I have been living here for quite some time and it’s a great accommodation! I have a lovely room with a great view and get along with all my flat mates. Contrast to one of the reviews here I know me and many others thoroughly enjoy living. I have not had issues with the bins or any maintenance. As an adult I do my part and everything runs smoothly! The staff are so lovely James, Dawn and Gav go out their way to help me! I’ve added some pictures to show the normal state of my kitchen and room, hope it helps :)

This accommodation is one of the best in Norwich. I recently saw a low rated review for this place and simply have to disagree. The service provided by the staff is immaculate, each time i have reported a fault or issue it has been dealt with swiftly and graciously. All amenities promised are provided. At the end of the day some people must realise that this is not a hotel with cleaners. it is independent living situation, where one must be prepared to live with others and clean after themselves. if you are not happy to share a flat they also offer studios!

Great atmosphere with a range of events every week, friendly staff who always make sure that the residents feel at home, and a great sense of community amongst the building. There is maintenance service on site and parcel collection at reception during office hours, so these are huge bonuses! Shout out to the property team and especially James, the property manager, for taking extra care of everyone ?
