Genuinely such a lovely team! The facilities and rooms themselves are lovely but the thing that really has made my experience here at St Crispins House are the staff! Everyone is so friendly and helpful with everything no matter how big or small !! I was skeptical about this year given my experiences in the past . But being here has really made a difference!!

Genuinely such a lovely team! The amenities facilities and rooms themselves are lovely but the thing that really has made my experience here at St Crispins House is the staff! The receptionists are so kind and understanding. If ever there is an issue with your time here, they will fix it! 10/10 - wouldn't want my first year accommodation to be anything else!

We were looking for accommodation for a relative who is considering UEA (from September 2025), so was tasked with looking at accommodation, due to the issue with the on campus (and iconic) Ziggurats , good accommodation for student isn’t easy to find. Went for a tour and was very impressed, I even spoke to a few current residents who speak very highly of it. Apparently a recent change of Management (in last two weeks ) is already making a big difference. The accommodation is spacious and modern, only students can stay there, the staff are friendly and its centrally situated (ideal for student nights out or for the important job while studying), there’s a good bus service to the Uni. Accommodation costs are very reasonable (and include water, power, internet, council tax etc.). So I have advised my relative that this should definitely be on their shortlist.

Stayed here throughout first 2 years - fab prices for accommodation (newly decorated and modern) and facilities provided. Good location. Feels safe, always clean and secure. Staff super helpful.

blessing to live here. would feel sterile sometimes, almost like a hotel because of how cleanly everything runs, but the staff are friendly enough to balance this. the metal bars on the window make a really nice sound when it rains.
