We have viewed and booked Waterways with the help of Sian and Ashley. They were both informative and very helpful throughout the viewing and booking process. The building is new and inviting and the show flat was lovely. Ashley helped us to book a suitable flat so hopeful that this will work out great in September!

The waterways has given me an amazing experience so far! The staff has been so kind and welcoming. I moved from America and had been a bit confused on how things worked here but they were so patient and accommodating.

I had a great booking experience with help from Sian and Ashley, everything was complete within one day. The maintenance man Julian helped me with my luggage to my new room. I hope to make great friends here!

Rooms are amazing, staff are really helpful, ideal location in the city - what more could you ask for! (Apologies if this sounds too articulated or like AI generated, its just how I type haha) After moving out of a run-down accom, I managed to get a room in Waterways and was immediately blown away by how much of an improvement it is! The entire building feels homely and welcoming, the staff add to the inviting atmosphere and to top it all off the offered amenities like an on-site gym and games/social room are incredible. Massive credit to Sian and Ashley as well as the rest of the staff for being so helpful with the move-in process (in which I had many problems that were solved very quickly) and for just being wonderful people. Here's to living comfortably while stressing at uni!
