My first time in the UK. I had booked an Airbnb and planned to spend a few days looking for a house to rent but my Airbnb host host pulled out at the last minute. I was almost homeless and started panicking. Somehow I stumbled on Unite Student online and they allow me to rent with zero deposit and I was able to move in a few days before making payment. It saved me from a lot of hassle. Though i enjoyed my stay, I think they can do better by providing a general area cleaner.

Staff were absolutely lovely especially James and Kyle, they always greet you with a happy smile and a hello even during busy times! Loved margaret rule last year so wanted to return to the university in chaucer this time. Would highly recommend to all! Some of the nicest staff and rooms around
