Greetham Street is a Unite Portsmouth student accommodation that offers two types of rooms. The first type is the en-suite rooms, which come in two styles: Classic and Premium Range 1 and the second type is the Classic Studio rooms. Whichever type you choose, each room comes with a 3/4 bed, a wardrobe, a desk with its chair, and underbed storage. These rooms also come with private bathrooms, mirrors, toilets, and washbasins. They also have private kitchens that have cooking hobs, microwaves, ovens, fridges, freezers, sofas, and breakfast bars with stools.
The Portsmouth student accommodation, Greetham Street Unite, also offers Classic Accessible Studios. With double beds instead of other rooms’ 3/4 beds and accessible, easy-to-use facilities, these rooms enable independent living for students with disabilities.
Greetham Street is CCTV-monitored and offers high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the campus, secure key access, and maintenance support. You will also find on-site laundry, printing, recycling facilities, and an onsite service team with 24/7 assistance. The facilities include a common area, a communal study space, and an outdoor social space. The rent is also all-inclusive, meaning electricity, heating, internet, water, and insurance are all included in the rent.

I recently booked a student accommodation at Greetham Halls and had a very positive experience. Tom Phillips, a member of the staff, was particularly helpful throughout the process. He assisted me with the booking and took the time to give me a tour of the facilities. Tom also took some professional photos in the common room, which captures a spectacular view. His professionalism and attention to detail were much appreciated. I’m looking forward to spending a great year at Greetham Halls!

Stayed briefly during the summer as they offer accommodation for a festival. Room was pretty tiny but alright. Called itself a double bed. Was more of a large single. The lifts made some pretty strange sounds and 2 out of 3 only had two working bulbs, making it pretty dim in there.
