Sheffield is an English city located in the county of South Yorkshire and in the north-central part of England. This city bursts with culture and history, with the city’s historical centre, Escafeld, being mentioned in the Domesday Book (a mediaeval record recorded during Anglo-Saxon times) in the year 1086. However, the city’s major break was when it became the site of Norman lord William de Lovetot’s castle and church.
The city later became an important forging centre and even rivalled the city of London in the manufacturing of cutlery; this is why the city got the nickname “Steel City.” For students, the city is also home to the prestigious University of Sheffield, which ranks 104th worldwide.

I really enjoyed my stay at Electric Press Accommodation. The place is spacious, especially the room and kitchen — both are much wider than I expected, which made my stay really comfortable. For the price, it’s definitely a great value. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a roomy and affordable place to stay.

Electric press is really great student accommodation as it has lot of facilities and amenities where we can play, have fun in the pool table , on-site gym, laundry and even the study rooms are really helpful. Additionally The accommodation management is really supportive and helpful in many ways especially they prioritise safety of students living here. Furthermore, supermarkets and tram stop is nearby where u can just walk down within minutes. If u ask about the room it’s really good and also it has bed storage with lot of space in it and it’s perfect. The only cons of the accommodation is that my Hallam university is far from hear I should walk 15 min other than that the accommodation is great and supercool for students to stay.
