I previously heard how bad the management is. But the current staff are very friendly (Marija, Rosie and Alex (student warden) ). Met them for a chat, they made us tea and showed us around the communal area. Very responsive too. The management also scheduled maintenance around our schedule (online exam etc). Lift was not working once. But then it was sorted within a few working days. The bathroom of our flat is massive too. Luxury equipment E.g., dual head shower - one rain shower and one normal. Fantastic AC/Heating system!! Really nice cinema room and gym (not so busy) Best student accommodation we have had!!!

I have lived to this place since June 2020 and I enjoy living here. Love the location cause it’s close to lots of supermarkets and the train station. There’s plenty of storage, good for people who have tons of stuff like me.? The AC system is also very good, especially for summer time. It's very quiet here so I don't have to worry about waking up at night. (That’s what I didn’t like about my previous accommodation) I have noticed that there were some bad reviews about this place before I moved in and I was quite worried. But actually this building is managed by Mansion Students now and they’re also actively resolving the problems that have left by the previous owners. The staff are really helpful and supportive, they often organize fun events.

I moved into this building with my partner when it was ran by the previous management team. The first few months of living here, there were continuous issues with the building, rubbish was not placed into the bins, but instead left in the hallway blocking the whole bin area, the hot water was continuously off without any communication to residents as to when it would be back on. There were never staff on site, it was impossible to contact anyone and the management repeatedly failed to answer important issues sent via their portal/or email. However, this all changed when Fresh Student Living took over the building after Christmas time. The staff have completely changed the atmosphere in the building. There is now always someone on site at the front desk, staff are always friendly and willing to help, no matter what the issue maybe and they genuinely care about the residents. The building itself is in a great central location in Sheffield, the rooms are snug but spacious, fitted with modern deco, heating, air conditioning and a luxurious shower. For me this made a great first apartment in Sheffield and I would recommend it!
