Good location, friendly staff, lots of thought out into the events and free food a couple times a month which is a big plus. Awesome view from the roof terrace and love the social areas. A few issues with residents disrespecting the rules but that isn’t for lack of the staff trying to get them to listen. The was a couple instances of myself and people I know having dirty apartments when we moved in but other than that it’s mostly pretty good.

Highly recommend Cumberland Place Accommodation! Amazing location (shopping, food, bus/train travel), stunning view from my apartment . Quiet day and night so perfect for shift work/placement. Staff are all friendly and helpful!!

I have been here for about half a year and feel that this apartment is great. The staff here are very nice, and the reception will collect the parcels and letters, so students don't have to worry about the delivery time of the express. As for the apartment, I think it is a very BEAUTIFUL apartment, it has super large floor-to-ceiling windows, and the scenery outside the window is very beautiful. This apartment also has a very large public area. Overall, the experience of staying in this apartment is very good, I like it. And if you are a student coming to Southampton, I think choosing it is the best choice.
