Vita Student’s Richmond House is a Southampton student accommodation with 11 floors of amazing en-suite rooms. Rooms come in four styles; Classic, Classic Plus, Premium, and Deluxe. Each room at Richmond House comes with a large comfy bed, a flat screen TV, a desk and its chair and lots of storage spaces. A private en-suite bathroom is fitted inside every room, while the kitchen is shared.

Richmond House also offers accessible rooms. They come with their own private bathrooms and kitchens, and can be adapted to suit the requirements of students with disabilities.

All residents will be subscribed to a new healthcare service included in their rent for 25/26. This service will offer:

• Remotely diagnose, give advice, reassure, provide referral letters, offer fit/sick notes, and provide private prescriptions for certain conditions
• Open 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM every day, including bank holidays
• Unlimited consultations
• No charge to issue prescriptions, referral letters or fit notes
• Next-day home delivery for prescriptions if ordered by 4 pm
• Prescriptions are available to collect if preferred at most pharmacies (Boots, Lloyds, etc.) generally within 2-hours of prescribing

Being able to speak to a doctor and receive prescriptions without leaving your room is a huge benefit especially given UK waiting times.
