I had a very pleasant time at Stanley Studios! The apartment is in an excellent location, close to the University of Southampton, and it is very convenient to travel. The room is spacious, bright and fully equipped, which makes me feel very comfortable. Special thanks to Zain of the front desk team. He is always smiling, warm and thoughtful. Whether it is the detailed introduction at the time of check-in or the various needs in daily life, he patiently answers and provides timely help. In a word, Stanley Studios is an ideal living choice, and I highly recommend it to everyone!

Very good accommodation experience, the staff is also very habitual. One night when I was in trouble, Zain on night shift provided me with very good help, which made me feel very grateful. I am very happy to encounter such service. If possible, I can also recommend this apartment to others.

I just finished my lease here this September so I would like to share my experience. Stanley studios have nice facilities and staff. Everything is so new because this is the brand new student accommodation in 2021. Everything still maintains well when I left here. The gym is open 24 hours, lots of common places on the ground floor. The location is nice for students who are going to the university of Southampton. The bus station to the university is just on the opposite side of the accommodation. There were lots of good memories that happened here. I will miss the time I was staying here ♡

Stanley Studios has been a great place to live in. Conveniently 15 mins from uni (walking). Loved the privacy I’ve had here while at the same time being part of a community with nice communal spaces. I don’t like having the trash room inside the building as it’s not very hygienic and bins are constantly full so I hope this gets improved. I also think the building would benefit from having more washing machines or to constantly monitor they are functioning and offer alternatives or compensation if residents can’t access the laundry room for some time (like it happened and there was nowhere to wash for a while). Other than that, it’s been a very nice and new place to live in and safe, having someone at reception 24/7 has been one of the best things. Nice staff but Alex in particular has been incredibly helpful, kind and open to support residents with our needs. From the first moment I was interested in the place, she took the time to show me the place on videocall and answer all my questions! Thanks Alex!!
