Been staying in one of the rooms for nearly 6 months now and cant say a bad thing about my stay or the people in honesty. Laura and Lauren are the managers and do a fantastic job at making me feel welcomed and feel like I'm at home with a great vibe. Any issues I had with my room (which were very minor) were resolved easily and quickly, Overall great place to stay and would definitely recommend :D

Lauren, Laura and David and co. are lovely people and they're brilliant to us students here at QS. Not only are they accomodating, they also occasionally give out free food & drinks, 5* from me.

Beautiful rooms, can't find anything at this quality for anywhere near the price so close to campus! Secure, safe and the onsite management has been nothing but a godsend for any issues, for questions and amazing social presence within the building.

I’ve lived here at Q Cloud Studios Stoke-On-Trent, since September 2020 and comparing to my other accommodations this has been the safest I’ve lived at. The rooms are beautiful and big as well, the staff members work very hard and sufficiently as a team. Laura, is very supportive especially with the payments of rent. She is understanding and works around everyone’s situation so when it comes to paying rent, she will make sure that you are not struggling and are able to pay whenever you can. She is also treats all the residents with respect and fairness. An amazing accommodation overall.

I have lived here since September 2020 and I am yet to have a complaint. My room is safe, with all the amenities id need as a student with space to place knickknacks etc to make it really feel like home, the gym is well stocked and the covid procedure is fantastic. The common room booking procedure is the same way, keeping in mind the safety of tenants. The onsite staff feel more like your friends than like staff, every member ive met has been easy going and very easy to get on with (special shout out to Laura) My first moving experience for university has been completely seamless and the help she provided in getting my tenancy renewed for next year has been nothing short of fantastic. Really cannot recommend this place enough.
