Have been in Sparkford House for almost 3 weeks now and I can deffinately say that the studios are both spacious and really comfortable. Also the staff is very kind (Kim, Frank, etc...) Oh and by the way thanks for helping me out on taking my groceries up to my studio, yeah 36L of water are not fun to carry around.

Our son spent a great 9 weeks at Sparkford House over the summer. A great central location for Winchester, but also quiet too. Rooms were large, clean and spacious and well kitted out and presented. The open plan area excellent. The support team, especially Frank, very helpful. The booking and move in processes straightforward. Highly recommended accommodation - will happily book again for next summer

We really enjoyed our stay here! It is brand new and modern, very close to city center and Winchester is a lovely town. Never any noice, excellent wifi and a bonus with Netflix. Frank went above and beyond to help us with anything we might need! Very serviceminded and friendly. We would love to come back.

I cant wait to move into Sparkford House Winchester!! Everything is fantastic the studio sizes and facilities that are included are incredible not to mention the amazing service I have received so far, from Frank and his team. Nothing has been too much trouble and the process of viewing and booking has been made incredibly easy!!
