Great place. Staff are always nice and helpful. I've lived there for over a year and the staff have never let me down. The reception go above and beyond and will always to help you as much as they can. And it's also great to walk in and see smiling faces at reception. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because of the other gates being closed. There are other ways to get into the premises without going through reception, but they have been locked off since last year. It's made getting into block A from the train station annoying since I had to walk past my building and go round to reception.
