This is my first apartment, and I would choose it again in a heartbeat. The design really maximizes the space and it definitely feels bigger than it actually is, not to mention it's one of the cheapest options I've found in the area. The neighborhood feels safe and is in a great location. I go to the OSU College of Dentistry and have no trouble walking to school every day. I waited to write a review until I had to put in a maintenance request, and that happened today. I put in the request this morning around 9:30 and the issue was resolved by noon. The property manager is super nice and easy to work with, and I have very few complaints. The few drawbacks don't bother me much. The building is right next to train tracks, so there is a little noise at weird hours. The dining area is carpeted and the kitchen feels a little small sometimes. The only thing that actually doesn't sit well with me is that packages delivered to the apartment are just left in the lobby without surveillance and, one time, somebody opened a bunch of them that were sitting there. But, these issues are small compared to the benefits in my opinion. I'd recommend this complex to anyone looking to move to the area!

Moved in this year and it's been great. Tim was awesome and the apartment is awesome. Very clean and maintenance is same or next day. I would recommend
