Cancellation policy+-
No Visa, No Problem
If your visa application is denied and you are unable to travel to the UK to begin your university degree, you may cancel your booking without being held to the contract, provided that:
You send us a copy of your official visa refusal letter or correspondence within 72 hours of its issue date.
Documentation must be sent via email to the residence-specific email address listed in your booking confirmation.
Once we receive and verify the required documents, your agreement will be cancelled, and any deposit or advance rent paid will be fully refunded.
No Place, No Pay
This policy applies to:
First-year undergraduate students
Postgraduate students
Rebooking students
If your university place is withdrawn because you did not meet the required grades, or if you exceed your grades and choose to attend a different university, you may be eligible to be released from your contract.
To apply for a release, you must submit one of the following within 72 hours of your results being published:
A rejection letter from your chosen university or UCAS, or a screenshot of your UCAS status confirming that your place has been withdrawn.
A UCAS adjustment confirmation showing acceptance to a new university.
Send your documentation to the same residence-specific email listed in your booking confirmation. Once received and verified, your agreement will be cancelled, and any advance rent paid will be refunded.
