I was a tenant here for 2 full years and 1 term of a third year and the accommodation has been excellent overall. The location on Whiteladies Road is great, being close to a large Sainsbury's which is very convenient. The room itself was very good, with a comfortable bed, lots of storage space and a high quality kitchen and bathroom. It also comes with a TV which is a nice bonus. It got very hot during the summer but opening the window alleviated this. Also, the management team was exceptional. Any queries or complaints I had were responded to swiftly and effectively, and the team was very personable and friendly. I shall miss them. I would highly recommend Tamarillo House to any student looking for a Studio Flat.

I've renewed my contract for another year because of how much I love living here! It's not perfect but for student studio accommodation, it's the best I've seen. The location is great, close to UOB and right next to Clifton Down Sainsbury's. It is expensive and the studios are quite small, but they are very modern and have lots of storage. The freezer is very small which is probably my least favourite part, but the fridge itself I find to be perfect for one person. The bed is very comfortable and has lots of storage underneath. The bathroom sink is very small which is annoying but it isn't a huge inconvenience or anything. The management are also super lovely and helpful. The flat does get very hot while cooking because they are small and hold heat, but it also cools down super quick if you open a window! The walls are very thin so it's easy to hear anyone talking outside which is pretty annoying, but it's bearable, especially if you aren't on the main road. One of my favourite aspects is the free laundry room meaning you can do multiple loads at once for free which is great, although it can get busy on weekends. Overall, it's a great student flat if you're looking for a modern studio:)

A very decent studio flat. I’m mostly an indoors person and especially with the pandemic, there was no option but to stay inside which was okay for me as I was able to make my humble studio flat, my home. It has everything I need. So far loving my experience here. My only feedback is that the doors are very thin and noise can be heard from outside and the after I thoroughly clean my room, it can still get very dusty even with the windows closed no idea how that happens.

Love my studio, it's really cute and contemporary, everything works well (I wish the windows would open more than 2 inches but I'm on the third floor so I guess there are rules about that) and the location couldn't be better. Unfortunately because of lockdown I wasn't able to spend much time in it.

My studio was relatively decent. Lots of storage space. I love the amenities they provided such as free laundry, parking (cars and bikes) and the common area. Any complaints or maintenance needed is addressed and fixed almost immediately. TV provided in each room so that was nice. The downside is just that my kitchen does not have the vent / hood so whenever I cook, I would have to open my window. Other than that, all good. Cheap and worth it (very good location), just 5 min away from the big Sainsbury.
