The staff in this building are very helpful with any issues that may arise. It's in a good location (less than 5 min walk from DMU, about 20 min walk to Uni of Leicester). The free gym for residents is very close by and of good quality with lots of machines available. Grocery stores, etc. also very close by. It is a student building so can get loud at times, but if you are ok with this, then it is a good place to live and seems better than other student accommodations available in Leicester. The views are nice, and if you like to watch live sports it is 5 min walk to King Power Stadium for Leicester City FC, and also 5 min walk to Leicester Tigers rugby. In front of the building is the River Soar/Canal, which has walking paths and is nice to go by the water and see the swans, geese, ducks, etc. If looking for student accommodation in Leicester, it's a good option.

Excellent place to stay. Lived there during my postgraduate studies and I was very satisfied. Very helpful staff, good quality studios in affordable prices and in a very good location, about 20min walk to University of Leicester and 15min to the city center. They also provide a bus everyday to the University of Leicester so you don't always have to walk there.
