Cancellation policy+-
St. George’s Tower Cancellation Policy
Before signing the tenancy agreement: If you cancel your accommodation application before signing the tenancy agreement, or if you don't sign it within seven calendar days of receiving the offer ("Deadline for Agreement"), you'll get a full refund of your holding deposit.
Within 7 days of signing: If you cancel your tenancy within seven calendar days after signing it, you'll also receive a full refund of your holding deposit.
How to cancel and get your refund: To cancel under either of the above situations, simply contact St George’s Tower. Your holding deposit will be refunded within seven calendar days of your cancellation or the "Deadline for Agreement," whichever applies.
The above cancellation policy is a synopsis of the property’s cancellation policy. There could be a few changes incorporated from time to time. Hence, we recommend you review the full Accommodation Contract for a comprehensive understanding of their cancellation policies.
Payment terms+-
- A deposit of £100 required upon booking. This is not part of the rent and will be returned in full at the end of the tenancy. Any damage to the room will be paid for from the deposit.
- Deposits and rent are paid by direct bank transfer, or by phoning the management with your credit card details.
- One full payment is required if you don't have a UK based guarantor.
- Three installments available ( September/January/April ) with a UK based guarantor ( An exception can be made if a proof that the international student is sponsored by their government is provided )
