IQ Tufnell House is in a class of its own. This isn’t due to the accommodation or facilities, whilst of course they are excellent, it is simply down to the entire team of staff. My son remained in this accommodation throughout the lockdowns, without any flat mates due to Covid-19: the reception staff, maintenance and security guys and the Manager showed relentless kindness and concern, including him in their daily routines. They spent time chatting to him and checking on his general welfare. A heartfelt thanks goes to Ash - he was instrumental in organising this accommodation 18 months ago, after a last minute relocation, and he has personally gone the extra mile. His caring attitude has given me peace of mind during these difficult times. I genuinely feel he has made a huge difference to this experience: I have relied on him and he has always delivered. Matthew is looking forward to another year at Tufnell House and I feel 100% confident he is absolutely in the best hands. They are a credit to your organisation.

Overall a really good accommodation! Despite the noise from the construction during day time, everything else is perfect! Free gym and other free activities are mind blowing. Staff at the reception and security at night are really nice people. They helped me a lot with my anxiety problem and gave me a lot of constructive advises!

I have lived here for nearly a year now and have had a great experience. The staff are always helpful and friendly and have always found a solution to any issues or problems. I have been made to feel welcome here and safe and the building is always kept clean and tidy. It is a great location, quiet and safe, near all public transport and easy access into London. The best thing about thos place is 100 percent is how friendly and helpful the staff are. I have had a few situations where the staff have gone out of their way to help me and have decided to stay another year because of this. Thanks ??

I was here in 2018 for months (5 because you deserve it) not long but there was a very nice time in IQ and I have friends from there and we are up to Esau talking and want to come back I have a few things I want to say: 1) Very good place 2) There are also cabbage shops 3) Good but small rooms and bathrooms 4) (most importantly) have a dark street please pay attention to it because it's scary

Tufnell house is a brilliant accommodation. Much appreciation for the staff who are super helpful, welcoming and professional. They have always solved any queries or problems efficiently. Thank you to Stella, Nicole, Jon and the Maintenance team, who always help to fix anything efficiently. The cleaners here also do a great job as the halls always look clean. It is so important and reassuring that there is a brilliant security team 24/7. Due to them I always feel safe at all hours. They were always polite an happy to help with anything.
